Immediately after an accident:

Staying safe should be your most important priority.

Advise us of the accident on the same day it occurs on 2343 5363 or email [email protected]

If it occurs when we are closed, please notify us as soon as possible on the next working day. If possible, please provide your policy number.

When possible take photos of the damage and do not dispose of damaged items.

What to do if you have this type of claim
Storm damage
Report damaged power lines to Enemalta.
Damages by others
When you suffer damages due to the negligence of third parties please ensure that you provide us with details of such person(s).
Flooding
Turn off the water main to your home in the event of a burst pipe and keep electricity turned off if there is standing water in the house.
Theft
If you suspect a theft or break-in, never enter the house alone. Call the police and wait for them to arrive. Do not touch anything until police and/or forensic experts tell you to do so. Notify them of the lost or stolen items to enable them to issue the relative report. After the relevant surveys have been carried out, you should set about securing the premises/residence (even if on a temporary basis) to protect yourselves and prevent further damage.
Structural damage
If your property has major structural damage and there are any doubts about your safety, call the local authorities before entering.
Further advice
Take reasonable steps to protect your property from further damage (ex: board up broken windows). If cleaning has to be carried out following fire and or water damage, this should be done immediately to minimise your losses. However please don’t throw away damaged items until we have seen them and given you the go ahead to do so.
