As part of its recent “Fur Buddies” pet competition, Atlas committed to donate 50c to the SPCA for every extra like received on its Facebook page. Atlas Marketing and HR Manager Jackie Attard Montalto, and Luke Vella, Digital Media Officer, presented the donation to Sarah Decesare Dunkerley, Chief Operations Officer at SPCA Malta and Christina Pace, Education and Community Liaison Officer. Atlas will continue its collaboration with the SPCA and its commitment to support animal rights and welfare in upcoming initiatives in 2016.

Lucky and Wenzu, two SPCA residents were also happy to meet Jackie and Luke. Lucky is a 5 year old Irish wolfhound cross. He knows people like it so he gets on his hind legs and prays when he wants something. Lucky would like a home with someone with a sense of humour and lots of energy like him to keep him happy and fit.

Wenzu is a 15 year old pointer cross, who is known as “Nannu” as he is the oldest dog at SPCA – though sometimes he acts like the youngest. He is so playful, loving and sociable it is almost impossible not to love him.
