By continuing with your quote, you confirm the following:

• You agree that our members of staff may contact you to follow up your quote. We will adhere to our Data Protection statement when we process your information.
• You are 18 or over and wish to receive a quotation and/or apply for cover on an individual policy for yourself and/or your family (i.e. not as part of a company scheme).
• You confirm the details you are submitting for the quotation are true.
• You or any family member to be covered do not have a hazardous occupation, are not
  professional sports persons and are not members of a foreign embassy or foreign
  diplomatic service.

The way we provide cover for treatment of medical conditions that arise after you join will depend on your choice of plan. Please note that there may be instances when we are unable to offer quotations or insurance to individuals.

Prices and benefits are reviewed regularly. This quote is valid for 30 days, however your quoted price may change if you or anyone requiring cover has moved away from Malta or had a birthday since your initial quote. The prices quoted are based on a 12 month period of cover. Depending on age and medical history, further details or medical reports may be required before cover is confirmed.
