With great sorrow we announce the passing away of Brian Valenzia who, through Arva Holdings, was one of the founder shareholders of Atlas Insurance. Previous to the merger with Atlas Holdings, he was Managing Director of Arva Insurance Agency. He was an active member of the insurance industry and represented Arva for many years on the Malta Insurance Association and the Association of Insurance Agents.

Mr Valenzia joined the board of Atlas Insurance Agency, later Atlas Insurance in 1998. He resigned his directorship of Atlas Insurance in 2012 however remained a director of Atlas Holdings Limited. He was a loyal, gregarious and well-loved personality popular with colleagues, clients and his many friends. A keen sailor and skier, he loved his family above all and his positive, kind personality and friendly smile will be sadly missed.

We extend sincere condolences to all his family especially to Pat, Angelita and Roberta and his grandchildren. His funeral will be held on Friday 19th January at 8.30am at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church, San Gwann.
